Classic Denim is a cotton wrapped textile that is sturdy in nature. During the formation, the weft is passed under two or more threads. We distinguish this Classic Denim from the cotton duck by observing the twill weaving due to which a diagonal ribbon button comes on the fabric. Also, Dyeing so that the core wrap threads of the jeans remain white and the rest gets its colours.

        Rigid Denim

It is yet another sturdy type of textile that is wrapped in cotton and the weft is passed under two or more warp threads. The weaving is twill type that makes it different from cotton and nonlycra.

The fabric is hard enough that it becomes stiff as cardboard and it takes time to take the shape of your body. It is taken to be the purest form of fading jeans. 

        Coloured Denim

Coloured Denim is a fabric that is made from tightly woven twill that is wrapped and the weft passes under the warp threads. In the making of coloured Denim fabric, the Yarns are pushed to make strong twists.
One side of the textile is always dominated by blue warp threads while the other side is dominated by white weft threads. This is why the jeans are blue on one side and white or coloured on the other.

        Knit Denim

Knit Denim fabric is a new trend that combines the knitted structures and woven fabrics. It also has favourable characteristics like flexibility, softness, resistance towards wrinkle, user-friendliness, and comfort.         RFD Fabrics

RFD stands for Ready for Dyeing. the fabric is a result of various processes like scouring, bleaching and equalizing. This kind of fabric is used for manufacturing colored garments, fabric Dyeing, and printing of the fabric. The fabric comes with comparatively higher cost but when it comes to quality it is highly durable and effective in appearance. 

        Cotton Knit Dyed

This fabric can be made available in different dyeing options including piece dyeing, yarn dyeing and package dyeing among others. Here, the piece dyeing process is followed for fabrics having solid colors as well as in continuous lengths. Further, the Yarn dyeing process is used before cloth is woven/knitted and helps in producing checks, plaids and other special effects. Other than this, package dyeing is also used for providing specialized finish to the fabrics.
